Fitness Education

In our Fitness unit, each student focuses on understanding how her or his body works, how to improve physical performance, and why that is vital to long term good health. With an emphasis on the strength and wonderful, unique qualities of our own bodies, we give our students a strong base from which to form a healthy physical self-image. Students in Middle School P.E. thrive in their trimester-long fitness unit as they do in the Yoga, Dance and Movement, Field Games, and Net Games electives.
